This page is intended to describe how the site is handled with respect to the processing of personal information of the users who consult it. This is an information that is also made pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code to those who link to the corporate websites of Angiolo Frasconi S.r.l. Following the consultation of Websites, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals can be processed.

Place of data processing
The treatment related to the Services of the Web site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of Angiolo Frasconi S.r.l., and is handled only by personnel responsible for the treatment, or from any occasional service of maintenance.
Data from the web service may be communicated to the technology and instrumental partners the holder uses to provide the services required by the visitor users.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to Web sites, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the required resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data may only be used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of Web sites and to check that they are working properly. The data could be used for the detection of liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrime for damage to the site.
Data provided voluntarily by visitors
Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data to access certain services, or to make requests for information to the addresses indicated on the Web sites, involves the subsequent acquisition of the personal data entered in the sender’s request to respond to them.
Summary information specs will be progressively reported or displayed on site pages prepared for special services on request.
